Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipments

All orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days if the product is in stock.
A fixed delivery fee of €2.99 to your doorstep or €1.99 to a pickup point will be charged for your order. This amount will be applied immediately in the shopping cart. For orders over 60 euros, you can enjoy free shipping.

Depending on your delivery address, we work with the following courier services: bpost, DPD, DHL, Colis Privé, or UPS.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without stating a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are your responsibility. Refer to your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all supplied accessories, and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the business. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@lasouss.be. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
